There is no published blanket minimum. Project fit is confirmed from the floor dimensions, design scope, venue and travel required.
Travel charges
Travel, delivery or accommodation charges may apply outside Ottawa. Any applicable amount is included in your custom quote before booking.

details.
Every floor is planned around the room, the approved surface and the venue's access schedule.
How do I measure the floor?
Measure the usable width and length from inside edge to inside edge. A venue floor plan, room photos and any columns, seams or fixed obstacles help us verify the estimate.
Do I need venue approval?
Yes. Ask the venue for written approval for a vinyl floor covering and confirm its rules for materials, insurance, access, installation and removal.
When is the floor installed?
The installation window is coordinated with you and the venue. The room must be clear, clean and available for the agreed access period.
Who removes the wrap?
The removal responsibility and timing are listed in your quote. Do not lift or remove the wrap unless the agreed plan says to do so.
What surfaces work?
A smooth, clean, dry and well-secured hard surface is usually required. Carpet, uneven flooring, fresh finishes or damaged surfaces need review before approval.
Are there travel fees?
Travel-related charges may apply outside Ottawa, including Montréal and Toronto. They depend on distance, access hours and whether accommodation is needed, and are quoted in advance.
What is the normal production time?
Timing depends on design approval, print scope, venue coordination and the event calendar. We confirm a production schedule with your quote; submit early for peak-season dates.
