Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact and event details you provide, including your name, email, mobile phone, event date and type, venue, city, postal code, floor dimensions, design preference, budget range and optional notes.
Advertising and website data
The form also records available campaign details from the link you used, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, ad name, language, ad location, landing page, referrer and Meta click ID. If a Meta Pixel ID is configured, Meta Pixel may record page visits and related browser or device information. A Meta Lead event is sent only after the quote form has been delivered successfully.
How we use information
- To review availability and prepare a custom quote.
- To contact you about your request and arrange a consultation.
- To coordinate venue, design, production, installation and removal requirements.
- To understand which advertising brought visitors to the site and improve campaigns.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that help operate the website and form, including Vercel, Formspree and, when configured, Meta. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell the personal information submitted through the quote form.
Retention and safeguards
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable requirements. You can also limit browser-based tracking through your browser or device settings.
